A: If you can add the product you are interested in to your shopping cart, the product is in stock.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Pacific time ship out the same day the order is placed; otherwise, your order will ship out the next business day.
Q: Do you provide installation guides with your products?
A: Yes, all of our products come with Installation Instructions.
Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I receive it?

Q: Does my order qualify for free shipping?
A: We provide free shipping on all orders over $99 that are sent via standard ground shipping to residential and commercial addresses in the continental U.S.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & financing through Affirm.
Q: Do the Full Soft Tops or the Frameless Soft Tops include any hardware for installation?
A: No. Hardware is not included with any of the Full or the Frameless Soft Tops.
Q: For the Sierra Offroad Seat Covers, are armrests and headrests covered?
A: Yes. We make covers for all headrests, and certain armrests, and they will be included with your seat covers.
