SIERRA OFFROAD 3-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. SIERRA OFFROAD Soft Tops, Bikini Tops, Door Skins, and Spare Tire Covers are backed by a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment.
CalTrend Seat Covers are covered under a 2-year limited warranty from the date of shipment.
Note: Warranty applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered
SIERRA OFFROAD Products (3 Years)
- Delamination of the deck seams
- Failure of plastic window bond to topping material
- Failure of stitching attaching components to topping material
CalTrend Seat Covers
2 Years:
- Manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use
1 Year:
- Zipper and fastener failure
- Seals and plastic parts failure
What’s Not Covered
- Rips, tears, or discoloration of materials or stitching
- Dealer or customer-installed parts and accessories
- Installation-related issues
- Cracked or broken plastic windows
- Fading, hazing, or discoloration of plastic windows
Warranty Void If:
- Product is used for rental, commercial, or promotional purposes
- Product is altered without written approval from SIERRA OFFROAD or CalTrend
- Misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
- Unauthorized parts or accessories are installed
