Product Description
This is a genuine factory style replacement product with full manufacturer warranty & support. Constructed from the upgraded specialty fabric that stretches for fast installation and returns to its original shape for tautness. It allows you to open your tailgate without opening the rear window. Features DOT approved windows, over-sized zippers, and factory-spec velcro, thread, webbing, and door seals. Sierra Offroad replacement soft tops require use of your factory-original top frame and hardware. It may be used with aftermarket hardware designed as a factory original replacement. Designed and manufactured to directly replace the factory original soft top and requires a factory original or factory style frame.

Challenging to install over the frame, because they are designed to fit tightly. That said, install the lower corner with the post (bottom right on the driver’s side, looking from the inside of the Jeep), first, then the opposite on the diagonal (top left), next the top right, and finally the last bottom corner (bottom left on the driver’s side.) A metal shoe horn or something similar helps on the last corner.

[...]Everything went easy till the end. Had it in shop where it was 80 degrees. Yet rear zipper on window wouldn’t zip down once it was in corner. After an hour my mechanic who I paid couldn’t get it so I tried. We took out the corners that’s the trick! Take out plastic corners then zip then replace corners. You have to detach corners from jeep to get out the plastic corners.

[...]Was excited to get my new soft top…. the main section went on fine, back windows fine, half door windows a little tough to install despite the warmer install temperature…. The instruction for windows and half doors were for a newer model. Thought I have to send it back but got it to work. Con: Someone I believe mentioned this in their review. The roof is a little loose over the driving compartment, so when it rains, it puddles quite a bit. It holds quite a bit of water. Make sure you’re completely inside and the doors and windows are closed before pushing on the roof to let the water run off. If you can live with that, then you’ll be OK.
