Very nice replacement top. Some of the reviews might be from people who never owned a soft top. I replaced an aging Best top couldnt be happier. When securing the header bar dont be afraid to make your own holes if they dont line up perfect. There is also a small notch to show you the center for a good start.

Bought according to Jeep model but the zipper ripped open and won’t close after install. Even had someone from a car dealership try and he couldn’t get the zipper to work. Tried to contact but never heard back

I have not had a soft top for my jeep for about 10 years since the mice ate the old one. But decided that it would be nice to be able to drive the jeep if it rains in the summer so got the top. It was a bear to get on but in fairness I did not let it sit in the sun for an hour. For a little over $200 this was totally worth it, better quality fabric than I expected and it even looks pretty good. Pleasantly surprised. Have a hard top for winter so it should last for many summers.

Material seems like high quality. Swapping it out for my old top only took about 30 minutes by myself. I haven’t been through any torrential downpours yet, but it seems to be sealed well/waterproof. It does seem fractionally larger than the old “Smittybiltâ€_x009d_ that I took off, but despite that, it is much quieter on the highway with the added benefit of easier zipping action on all the windows. I mean for $200-somethind dollars if this only lasts a year or two (no reason to think it wouldn’t last longer) I’ll just reorder the same one. Great value and totally fine replacement for the OEM if you don’t want to spring for the Bestop brand name.

Top seemed ok at first. Easy to put on after you cut your own holes. Got on the jeep and put in windows back window zipper is broken in 2 places. Can’t zip all the way up. Drive down the road sounds like a tornado is ripping your top off very lod

This top is great value for the price and I don’t regret buying it. It’s well made and the zippers are good quality. Installation was super easy, just make sure you do it in the sun. Not sure what the complaints about the rear window are about, it’s fine… they all get darker over time with wind and dust abrasion, and it’s way better than my old one. The only thing to be aware of is that the material is lighter than the OEM top and it drums pretty loudly on the highway, windows up or down. The material seems pretty durable despite being lighter. At the price, I didn’t expect it to be as heavy as the OEM, and if I only get 3 years out of it, I’m not unhappy, and it gives me time to see if I can get the zips and windows replaced it the OEM top, which is otherwise in great shape. Don’t use soap on the zips like some suggest, use a little puffer bottle of graphite powder. Keep them smooth and they should never become a problem.

I called, emailed, left voicemail and got no response. I replaced the top for the same company however this one did not fit like the previous one over seven years ago. Their customer service is subpar and after a month of no response I have given up. I do not recommend this manufacturer.

Easy enough to install (first time I’ve done it). Took me a couple hours and half of that was just trying to get the last zipper around the last corner. Once I got the combination figured out for that it was all good.

Zippers were very difficult to zip. Side panel on driver side had zipper defect and would not zip
