Zipper had large gap in it that was apparent. Additionally I’m being charged return shipping due to low quality product. To the seller, please explain how you poor quality products are my fault? Buy different brand from different seller.
[...]I am extremely happy with this and highly recommend it as a replacement. The material is heavy and feels like high quality OEM canvas. Zippers are large and travel well. ( although the typical binding at the curves on the top corner of the windows is unavoidable). The tinted windows are not blurry and easy to see through. To anyone browsing.. buy this one! It will look and feel like the original top.
[...]This top came fast. I have a2000 jeep wangler that is the blue cooler and this spice color is a nice look on it. This was the 1st time I ever messed with the top but The install was easy. The zippers were tight but little lube on them it’s great.
[...]This is my fourth soft top I have installed on 97 TJ, so I am no stranger to installing these and I usually take them on/off with the season. So since 1997 I’ve probably done this several thousand times. I was so hopeful, but sorely disappointed with this top. Upon unpacking, it seemed to be of good quality. I let it sit in the sun to ensure easy installation…and it was pretty easy. UNTIL, I got to the back window. I started zipping from Left to Right as directed and forget about it. No matter what I did it was no zipping past the first turn. I checked and rechecked the slider, no issues. The teeth however; were mashed and out of alignment in several places. I worked on the teeth and got a little farther, but to no avail still not enough to get around the top left corner. See pics. The zipper is cheap and needs to be upgraded. This was the last thing I needed to do before I could drive dry again. Oh well. No more Sierra made in China products for me

[...]I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. The packing was great. They rolled everything with paper between to not crease or scratch the windows. I was able to put it on myself but I would recommend help to make it a little easier. It has a tight fit and looks great. Zero water leak issues which is nice since I live in the Pacific Northwest.
