Very disappointed it didn’t come with soft top frame
[...]Top fits a little loose, husband thought the kid and I installed it wrong on. The front bar of the frame. Installed it where it needed to b installed, where the screw holes are, and it doesn’t have that factory tight look. But for the money it’s working perfectly. I’m not spending $500 plus on a top that’s on the jeep for less than 6 months out of the yr.

[...]It took me maybe 15 minutes to install I already had the old one off. A little tight but that was expected. Love it.
[...]The Upside: The top was not a challenge to install on the OEM frame. Even in just 75 degree heat, it was loose enough to pull the top closed and latch from the front seat without any effort. It’s usually a fight for your life to get the tops to stretch and latch unless it’s preheated at 375 for 3 hours. It doesn’t seem to leak so if you’re in need of a soft top that doubles as a rain barrel, look no further.The downside: It’s too loose. Way too loose. A good rain overnight collected about 3â€_x009d_ of water in the sag above the front seats. After shedding the water (1/2 of which is now on the seat and floorboard courtesy of my overly enthusiastic daughter and the open door), the top remains stretched and sagging enough to rest on the mesh sunshade. I can’t even imagine how much noise or head trauma will result when driving on the open road. Definitely should have opted for the more expensive, higher quality tops instead of trying to save money on this one.

I’ve called the company many times, left messages, when I finally got in touch with someone Nestor, he told me to email him pics which I did plus a video. Never heard back from them. It’s now December in Ohio and I have a back window zipper that won’t close. NOT HAPPY!!
