oWorked perfectly on my Jeep 2000 TJ. Took about 1 hour to install using the existing hardware (14 screws) and the original frame.. The top fits snugly and the tinted windows are definitely a plus. I deviated from the instructions, which are clear and concise, based on my knowledge of working with the previous top. Do allow the top to warm up. I installed mine on a hot Georgia summer day so there were no issues alowing it to stretch. I locked mine down in the front first and then secured the rear lower corners – a lot easier. The top arrived rolled up with tissue paper separating the top and windows and undamaged.

I bought a 2002 Jeep Wrangler that came with a hardtop. I am new to the Jeep club, so I don’t have any experience with soft tops. I read a lot of reviews, and this seemed like the best choice for the money. Or, maybe just the best choice? I went with the sailcloth due to a couple of reviews mentioning it being quieter. Also, I think it is a better choice aesthetically.Despite it still being extremely loud on the freeway, I couldn’t be happier. It looks great, especially with the tinted windows. My only complaint is that is has become much louder since purchasing it, presumably because of stretching.**Update 8-9-20**Shortly after my last update in 2016, the back window became cloudy and I have been unable to see clearly through it. I have been tolerating the problem for several years because I use the softtop as a short transition from hardtop to no-top in the PNW Summer.Though, I might need to take part in the blame. The window became cloudy and then I think I might have used a cleaner such as Windex in an attempt to remedy the situation. I learned afterward that you shouldn’t use this type of cleaner on these plastic windows. They have looked considerably worse after the application. That being said, why did they get so cloudy in the first place? Did they melt?Like other reviewers have mentioned, Sierra Offroad does not make a replacement, and I have hated the thought of throwing away the entire piece only to replace a back window. Though it’s been 5 years so maybe I can make peace with it now. The rest of it has held up well. I have updated my review from 5 stars to 3 stars.

I just installed and it fits ok. There are a couple thibgs that bother me: the passenger rear corner is very loose. 2. Above the driver side door keeps getting caught in the door jam. Other than these I love it

Bought this for my 2002 Sahara and it looks great. I was worried about doing the labor myself because I’m not a car person but the whole installation took less than an hour and half.When I screwed the top in the original top had about 4 more screw holes (around 16 in the original compared to 12 with this one) but even with 4 less screws the top is holding great and the whole thing fits perfectly. If you wanted to you could just drill through the material to make holes but I really don’t think it’s necessary.I really like the tint on the windows too.Overall it doesn’t look or feel cheap even though this is $300 less than what I paid for the last one.

The top fits very well when first installed. Stretches out quickly and becomes loose fitting. Being thin, it is very noisy going down the road with the top up. Keeps me dry so why do I care, maybe you would. Zippers are very high quality. Need a cheap top, this is as cheap as you’re going to get!

The top showed up in about 3 days . When I installed it the snaps were hard to snap & the Velcro worked ok . The color is very good & the top looks real nice . It took me about 90 min. .

For the price, it can not be beat.

Knew I was going to need a new top for my 2002 Wrangler but had been putting it off since had only recently purchased new windows for it. But a recent hail storm left me with a sudden urgency after it put 6 holes thru old one. So I searched and found this one. Even tho it comes with windows I figured I could save the ones I recently bought and use them if something happened to the new ones.Well the Sierra top arrived and I set out to install it. Only problem I had was with header assy. Suggest anyone purchasing take photos of old one As they remove it. Since way they were installed changed from year to year. But took about 90 minutes total and looks great.Two points keep it from being 5 star. 1) Sailcloth is very lightweight compared to OEM. It really gets loud over 40mph. 2) Window zippers are NOT OEM compatible. So my spare windows are not going to be of any use if one with the top gets damaged.

Seems to be a good quality top. The fit is not as tight as my previous one but for the price it’s really hard to beat

had to make my own holes, pre made ones did not line up with factory holes, pull on zipper broke on first pull, rear window not very clear. fairly easy to install looks good when done
