Back window melted so you can no longer see through it, and there are no replacement parts available so you have to buy a whole new top. Better to just get a Bestop and have it last.
[...]I had to get a new top when a recent storm caused a tree to come crashing through the original soft top on my Jeep. I had been wanting to replace it for a while anyway because it wasn’t in good shape, so when I came across this one for this price, I couldn’t pass it up. I thought a quality top was gonna cost me over $500. But it was less than $200. It was easy to install, I did it myself in a half hour, and the tinted windows look great (I had the clear ones on my old top, and it made my Jeep look aged)(even though my Jeep is a ‘99 😄) Overall VERY SATISFIED. Fits like a glove and looks great. Honestly feel like if the dealership that I bought my Jeep from would’ve spent the $200 on a new top, they could’ve asked for at least a grand more on the price. Their loss, my gain ðŸ˜_x0081_
[...]I bought this top about 3 years ago.( Wasn’t purchased through Amazon) Everything about the top seems good for about 2 years and then the back window starts getting cloudy. After 2 years you lose complete rear vision. I called Sierra and was told they don’t sell just the rear window. With all the reviews with the same problem, I now know it wasn’t anything I did wrong. I would recommend you not purchase this top unless you enjoy buying a replacement every 2 years.

Firstly, I bought it for the price, thought it would buy me time until I could afford a Best Top…. nope! In the end I’m keeping this soft top until it’s time to replace it.It’s durable. Lasted me through North East Coast hot and humid summer (2 now!), as well as winter. Going on now a little over a year with it.The one downside, is yes, it’s not as snug/tight as higher end ones — but this one gets the job done no problem.Totally and thoroughly recommend.
[...]I purchased the same top for my Jeep seven years ago, and while the top was still fine, the windows have gotten unusable from taking them in and out and leaving them in the back of the Jeep. I don’t remember the top being this easy to install the first time, but it literally only took me 30 minutes by myself. About the only suggestion I will make is to buy a good zipper lubricant, and put it the zipper before putting the windows I believe that the zippers in the windows are about the only weak point that I have found with the top.
