[...]Installation sucks, but I think that goes for all brands of these things. One of my window’s zippers got stuck, and I was fed up with it by then and just sewed the zipper together since I don’t take my top down anyway. Clarity on the windows is great, and the tint looks nice. Better looking than more expensive tops I’ve bought.
[...]I got the soft top last year. Installation and fit was no problem. the problem is quality. Yup, supposed to be a good top but the zippers are lousy. Let’s face it. If you can’t secure your vehicle because the zipper comes apart, what good is it. The original top lasted 15 years. this one, a year? Give me a break. I’m tempted to put the old top back on.. Come on Amazon. What are you doing with product that has this poor quality?

The install was not too difficult, the only adjustment that we had to make was where the top attached to the windshield, it seemed a little too loose where the manufacturer had the holes so we rolled it under once and then screwed it back on. Great product for the price!

[...]Can’t complain about the fit. Only issue with quality was the rear window fogging and hazing up. Conveniently, this is the only scenario not covered by the warranty. I have contacted the manufacturer twice by email and once by voicemail to inquire the availability of a replacement back window. All communication has been unanswered. Poor review based on the absolute piss poor customer service. I would gladly pay twice the price from a different manufacturer that can at least respond to customer inquires. Not looking to file a warranty claim, I just wanted to gladly pay for a new window. Sierra Offroad SUCKS!!!!!
[...]I feaking love this top! After reading other reviews I felt I knew what to expect and what I was getting and I am very pleased. I did not read the installation instructions but followed this youtube video to install […] . It took me maybe 45 (I used a manual scredriver) minutes and I was one of the people that had to make my own holes for my extra screws. My windows do have a slight wave in the plastic as some other reviews have said, but it isn’t a problem and something I was expecting for the price of this product. Other reviews mentioned increased road noise- this I did NOT experience. Once installed my top fits nice and tight and I don’t notice more road noise than my previouse top.The materials are super light. This will likely impact longevity, but I absolutely love taking the top up and down now and my windows on and off. My old windows and roof may have been factory originals and were somewhere between 10-15 years old so they were heavy and stiff.This is a great product at a great price and I love the new car feel and smell it has brought to my old Jeep.
